Enquiry about claim status (claim no. 2091142271)

Sir,

on27/10 i sent consent letter to Mr. Binod Goswami regarding settelment of claim. Then on 3/11 Mr. Binod Goswami sent us mail that our claim will be settled in 10 days. But till today nothing is being done. The same story is repeated from last 40 days. Everytime he told us 2 days 3 days will more take but after that no response we will get from him. Even he is in habit of not picking up our calls. Sir, we are very totally frustrated and irritated by him. Please tell us about our clim status (claim no. 2091142271)
