Overcharging

I stay in Ekta Nagar, Kandivali West. There charges for Food items which needs to stored in fridge is charged extra. Whenever we buys drinks like juices etc the shopkeeper does not charge on MRP but charges Rs 2 extra. when we accuse them of doing so they say that electricity charges extra or offer the bottles which are not stored in the fridge. Kindly look into the matter as this is not fair.
