Fraud and breach of trust

Dear Sir,

We had purchased a Servo stablizer from ELECTRICAL CONTROL OF INDIA, NOIDA from one Mr. Rajeev Arora. As agreed the stablizer arrived on time. Upon the operation of the equipment, certain defects were found in it and the use of sub standard parts were found.

After about one and half year of functioning of the product, due to a major breakdown of the product, we got the same checked through a reputed company. Upon the dissambling of the product it was found that the ELECTRICAL CONTROL OF INDIA had fraudulently used ALUMINIUM instead of COPPER inside the windings of core. When contacted the owner Rajeev Arora and the Manager, Mr. Sharma were unavailable for comment.

We are really taken aback by such a breach of trust and our business run has suffered both monetarily and morally because of the same.

We request yoy to take appropriate action against the same, however a civil litigation is being filed by us.
