Unauthorized charge for elcticty theft

We were living since 2 years in B-8 utsav row house oppt. sneh sankul wadi anand mahal road surat. there were 2 live wires in our meter box which was open since 1.9 months during our owners daughter marriage they have taken the connection from that an after marriage get over the electrician has connected to a wire which dosen't have any connection in house for which they have charged amount of rs 56000
