Beware before investing with Emkay

Beware of this broker, as one of their representative Mr. Sanjay Ubale, who claimed to have more than 5 yrs of exp in commodity market from Emkay Comotrade guaranteed me to give 20% to 40% returns per month on my investment of Rs. 2 lacs in commodities trading. He said Emkay is so systematic that it gives you a proper agreement on stamp paper and if you are not satisfied with the services they will return back the principal. But all these promises are false. They took the cheque from me saying after clearance they will give the agreement, but I never got any agreement. On following up for one week, my account came down from 2 lacs to 15, 000/- . I kept telling Sanjay not to trade in my account, but atlast he brought my account to Rs. 800/- I met Atul Shah, their Head of Department at their lower parel office, but he put his hands up saying "we cant do anything, as individual you should have taken caution".
