Dear Friends.

I am ex employee of this company. this company is managed by partnership of two person. these two persons were retired from Indian army. They are not even graduate. After their retirement, they runned hotel cum restaurant business at tambaram area. Last year, they start one facility business for their clients term staffing recruitment concerned. this business runned by the name of "INSAS". then, they started one more business of Permanent recruitment with the name of EMPLACE INDIA, even, they are focussed on two branches like Chennai & Bangalore.

More or less, they are managed 60 people for term contract staffing & 25 people for permanent staffing concern..

The de merits of this companies are...

Only female candidates get a salary month on month basis., not male candidates.

If male guys went to client place, their is no reimbursements, no allowances to any one.

when ever, they were conducted team meetings, one among of the managing partner, namely "SSV" @ Srinivasa vardhan, he showed an interest of playing religious speeches and start his own teaching.

When you want to go toilet, you need to start a borewell motors and you need to stop it, when you get a water into toilet, because their is no Office attender in that office.

Their is no ID card for any one, Their is no bank salary account for these 85 employees..

Even, no body gets ESI, EPF and any basic amenmities still now...

More over, their is no auditor, no accountant, no body followed up of any paper related documents in that office fille. when, employee are went and demand on salary means, he simply runned away from office and he wont come to office after one week, also, he asked employee to put resignation letter, whoever come and ask their salary @ threatening...

the reason of this letter is... All professional people should not waste their life with this person and these name of the company like "INSAS" and "EMPLACE INDIA" - both chennai and bangalore branch...
