Breach of contract employment

Dear Sir,

Employee Name: Gajendra Rathore Employee Code: G1568

had been working with HDfc Bank ltd did not allow me to serve my notice period of 3 mths and neither paid my salary as per contract of 3mths.

It has become a general practise in Direct sales Dept in Delhi that they put charge of notice period when a employee sends his notice of resignation and

after taking the handover put the F & F on hold, after sometime they themselves waive the notice period charged to the resigned employee.

There is no HR exit formailties or HR doesn't meet the resigned employee.

Even reporting of this to HR Beejal Parikh is a waste effort in the same process.
