Employer not co-operating
Form 16 for last year not issued yet

Respected Sir,

I have not received form-16 for last fiscal year from my employer. In spite of several reminders there is no action.

I do not know what should be my further course of action.

Does I.T. dept take any action on such employees for not filing tax returns. Or does I.T. dept take action on such employers.
