Not claim for my PF

Dear Sir,

My name is KUMAR M

My PF Account Number is KN10649/920

My Pf forms are applied on 22/03, still completed for more then 6 months but not claim for my PF to my account so please take needfull action. I am also going to Pf office more then five times but every time telling same answer come next month, come next two week etc etc...
