EPF office Bandra, a Govt institution
PF claim not settled

I had resigned from HDFC bank during June. Still I have not received my PF due from me from Centurion banm (Which merged with HDFC Bank) On enquiry to the bank it is understood that they have already submitted my application to the ePF office, Bandra, But I had sent many mails to the ePF office Bandra regarding the same. They have neither credited not replied to my mails. I had also submitted my grievence to them in their system and sent many reminders. But for the same also I have not received any reply. Then I submitted an RTI application askeing to inform me the date in which I will get the credit. For the same I got 2 replies stating 1) they hav received my application and the other they have not received my application without mentioning the date in which I will get the PF.

Hence request you to please look in to the matter and do the needful

My PF account is MH/BAN/44678/4310

When I call them over phone, either the same will be engaged or they are not picking up the phone
