PF Claim Still not Settled

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I am an ex-employee of Future Generali India LIC Ltd., and I had sent my PF Form for withdrawal to the Company in November. My PF A/C No for your reference is MH/BAN/48708/5040. However so far, I have not received the said amount in my SBI A/c after forwarding all the necessary details, and the Company has given the feedback that there was a problem, and the file was returned, and then re-submitted again on 21.01. which is again, more than 4 months till date.

Despite of these, I have not received the amount so far. Request please look into the matter so that the Claim gets settled and I receive the amount.

I have enrolled online raising the above mentioned grievance and the registration no for the same is ROBND/E/00179 .

Request kindly look into the matter so that I might receive my PF Settlement Amount.
