Pf withdrol claim not clea

Dear Sir,

This is Rajesh Kumar, sir i was submitted my EPF withdrew request

Through M/S INDIA GLYCOLS LIMITED, KASHIPUR and my request accept and my payment made via two checks Rs.34000 and 14000. fist check clear but II nd is rejected by axis bank according to your office.

Sir I send application and Xerox copy of my account cheq on dated 16.06.2011 via first flight corer service but on this day 23.07.2011 I was not received any information about my payment problem. I contact haldwany office so many times but we can not receive any satisfactory information

So please sir look my problem priority basis and short out as soon as possible
