Hereby wish to inform that there's an employee called Mr. Bhikabhai who sits in the paldi, ahmedabad ESIC office. The office address is D 42 paldi ahmedabad. There's a outstanding payment against a maternity for clearing which he is asking our family to pay Rs. 10000 or else he will not clear the payments and now since we have declined him to pay he's not clearing the papers and every now and then he'll ask us to get a new paper and keep the payment pending
