I am getting any responce from the company

I had purchased Teak Tree Certificate on 31-08-1992 from Esskayjay Plantations Limited, 7B, Kiron Shankar Roy Road, Calcutta - 700 001. As per terms and conditions of the company the Certificate Holder may buy back the trees after 5 years @ Rs. 1800/- each or 10 years @ 5400/- each and such offer was to be made within three months from the expiry date of above periods and if this offer is not opted by the Certificate Holder the Company will deliver the tree to him after completion of 20 years. Accordingly, I had communicated the company in several occasions but reply is received from the Company.

Is there any possibility of getting the benefit after completion of 20 years from such company which is not responding to its Certificate Holder?
