WRONG DEBIT FROM ACCOUNT

Dear Sir,

I am account holder of bank of baroda (Branch Khatima in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand state). My account Number is 00850100000310.

My account was falsely debited by Rs. 8500 (ATM/CASH/1163) on 18.03.2010 and by Rs 6000 (ATM/CASH/7120) on 24.03.2010 while I did not at all used my ATM card in both these dates and card was always with me during this period.

My account detail is showing these two transaction as they have been done by using my ATM card itself.

Pls tell be how it is possible? also pls take action to get my money back.

I have already lodged complaint in BOB local branch at klhatima but no any progress is visible from there.

pls take corrective action.
