ICICI Home Loan - High Interest Rates

ICICI keeps on increasing loan tenure and my loan which started with 180 months now stands for 280 months and that too without informing me. Now I am paying for longer tenure on higher interest rates now. I have lost faith with ICICI. Now when I contacted ICICI home loan persons in sector 9 branch to lower my tenure and increase prinicipal payout, they say that I need to deposit some money around 13K and also need to open one saving account along with one RD of 2K per month. What this has to do with loan account, I don't understand. ICICI is cheating us and will loose customer base soon. Till now, I have suggested two of my friends to not take home loan from ICICI and go for SBI. I will stay on my advice for more of my friends.
