Not addressing servicing

Thirdclass services provided by their AMC. I registered complaint on 15th June and compliant number 0058420008. Post that i have called 100 times but nobody visited so far to rectifiy the error. Due to this my wife, me & son suffered the problem of fevor & cold beacuse water not clean... I want them to compensate me for this health loss and other problem...

More imp i have taken amc contract and its valid till dec.
