Euro Brass/Bathroom Fittings
Non Delivery even after 7th day

Dear Sir,

One parcel containing some important samples was sent by our Euro Brass Pvt Ltd, Delhi Okhala Office through On Dot Courier on 10 Sept under docket no.216657533. Till date the samples are not delivered. While enquiring at their TOLLYGUNJ hub the person oncern Mr. Poddar gives very vague answer but he confirms yesterday that the parcel already received and it is in their possession. We are unable to submit the samples to our prospective client and result in business lose. Kindly look into the matter and make sure they pay us compensation for this lose of business to the tune of Rs.98000.00.
