Cyber Crime - Fraud with my credit card

There has been a fraud with my ICICI credit card no. 5239511073825000. Some has paid the above company for recharge of mobile no. 919560973182 (Rs.1000) and 919717569118 (Rs.500/-) on 21.08.2010. These are online payments not done by me. I have put up my complaint with cyber crime branch, Gandhinagar. Please help me out in getting back my money and culprit behind the bar.
