I Rashmi Berry using P.N.B Credit Card,

my complain is of yesterday (22 july) i was trying to book my ticket from irctc site the site was too slow but still i was able to book one ticket and i was trying to book another ticket for my mother here the case is that the ticket was not booked but the amount was debited from my credit card. the amount is Rs.1960 /-

the request from my side is to please see to this matter and do refund my amount which was debited.
