I have opened my sb account no 01980110004151 in the name of akshay mahajan agnst car loan account on the condition of zero balance account.

but after completion of first year the bank has charged Rs 800/= twice thr my bank balance for which i have no option either to close my account or return back the amount deducted to my sb account with information given to me.
