Non Delivery Of Cheque Book

This is to inform all that a cheque book has been dispatched through Express IT courier on 29.6.2012 from HDFC Bank, Chennai vide No. 5057680320. The same has not been received by me as on 6.7.2012. While asking to Express IT courier, they informed that the same has been delivered to me on 30.6.2012 itself. The fact is that I am not received the courier sofar. The express IT courier is always doing the same practice and I have a request to all to take necessary action against this courier service. Such a worst courier service I have not seen ever and even they do not have any courtesy to attend a telephone call also.
