Expressit Courier
Debit card not delivered

I have account in Barclays bank mumbai. I placed an order for my debit card and after a week i got a letter which contains PIN number but there was no debit card. When i called barclays bank customer care they said that card was delivered on ** date and told me the receivers name and it was my name. I told him that I have received the courier but it wasnt debit card. so no response from their side about this.
