Delivered my ICICI Bank Statement to unknown person

ICICI bank had sent me my a/c statement via Express IT with Airway Bill

No. 2852888581 under the name of Ankush Gupta, Neeru Gupta (SR133909791)

But we have not received the letter infact courier on line tracking shows that it has been received by some Mr. Narender.

We dont know who is this Narender and how can you deliver a letter like

this to any body, without his id, phone no. etc.

I have been trying courier call centre no. but no body is picking the phone, neither bank customer care is lodging complaint.

In the past also we have not received letters from ICICI Bank sent through Express IT courier, although our address in your records is correct. We seriously doubt about the credentials of this courier company.
