Express-it Courier
Non Delivery of credit Card

Dear Sir

I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. I got a sms from ICICI Bank that they are sending a card through express-it, AWB 861559501.on 16 th Sept 10, Till date i have not received any card. I am using Icici credit card since 2006 & it is going to expire in 10/10.I have to travel abroad & I called up ICICI customer care & they gave me numbers like011-30672909, 14, 18, 19. I have tried these Nos more than 100 times.either they keep on ringing or they are busy. I dont understand about those stupids where they keep talking.
