Sub: Requesting to give the balance payment and take necessary action Geetha- Regarding

As I am R.Velu carpenter living at above mentioned address. I am doing carpenter work past 25 years and I am expert to making in furniture work. I have done much work like this to many clients as well. There by Mr. Suresh met with me and he gave one job like this to his house and I had done well. Hence he told to me some works like waterfalls, Deck wood and Burgola works are there at Dr. Chiranjeevi’s house and then he stated that, how much of cost will come to finish this works. I had estimates entire cost of those works as follows,

For,

Material - Rs.1, 50, 000/-

Labour Cost – Rs.35, 000/-

Transport Cost – Rs.15, 000/-

Total Cost - Rs.2, 00, 000/-

After that he had paid Rs.50, 000 in advance to me. Then we are planned to go for Hyderabad. The balance payment will be given when the material are reaching to Dr. Chiranjeevi’s house. Hence I believed him fully and we came to Hyderabad.

We have worked at your home from 21.09.2011 to 02.09.2011 after that what happened i don’t know, Mr. Suresh had not paid any single payment to us still now. I have no money to give for the borrowing material which is utilized for your home. Hence i came to Chennai to get the payment from Mr. Suresh, He replied i wont be given single payment to you and i have sent the money to GEETHA on 25.10.2011. So i request you to give the balance payment for me.

I am from very poor family and my wife and my 12 years son study all are depends from this money only.

The labors are also from poor family, daily am getting the tourcher from them regarding the payment from my end. Without am getting the payment from my client how can i pay to my workers.

And Further more I am living at Chennai with rental home. At the same time am getting the mental tension because of this serious issue. Only for this issue i was paid more than Rs.50, 000/- for my hospital treatments. Hope you can understand my situation & kindly clear my payment without fail.

Note:

• Already have sent couple of letters to Mr. Chiranjeevi’s house address & mailed also. But i did not get any reply them.

• Ms. Geetha – (Designer) is the only person handled with me directly in working place at Hyderabad. But after finishing the works she did not picking my call, and finally she talked me, If what ever you can do i can face the person who ever it may be.
