Harassment by your staff for instalment payment

Esp sir/mam

i am regular consumer of your bank. i have gone out of station for some times. when i come back, your staff named sri aditya working in noida, make abuse to me between my co-workers and juniors. though i promise to pay my instalment. i paid my instt. privious month. he has no right to abuse me. i said him that you can charge me by panality and other charges like intrest etc. but he dose not wait and start me abuse. i pay my instalment but your abuse dose not recover back.

kindly instruct him that he will not do such type of work and recover my Harassment by any means.

i pray any where like other court for natural justice but i belive on your justice on priority.
