False withdrawal from State Bank of India SB A/C

SBI A/C: 10828772961, SBI Branch: KaraiKudi Branch, (Tamilnadu)

On 6th April I was trying to withdraw Rs.1200/-(one thousand and two hundred only) from HDFC Atm (Jadavpur, Kolkata, West Bengal) using my above account atm card, but could not withdraw as screen was displying "can not process". On 8th April, I got the MINISTATEMENT INDICATING WITHRAWAL OF Rs.1200/-(one thousand and two hundred only) ON 6TH APRIL, WHICH I HAVE NOT WITRHDRAWN. So, Please do the needfull as early as possible.
