Supplying FOOD COUPONS online as a default selection is NO 1.they said us to come for the next day to avail it but saying not valid and blockedmyMai

I Booked ticket for my parents online for the movie 'PATIALA HOUSE'.but i didn't choose the 'none' from the food coupon list because the default one is one and it was my first online booking for fame cinemas. Then we recieved a mail and SMS regarding the amount taken by Fame cinemas which was 800 for two person which is supposed be 400rs .we were shocked..my parents found out after sitting in the theatre.then they asked for the food coupons in the ticket counter were a girl said them to use it for the next movie .they thought ok fine any how we can use it..they went on friday (25/2) again we booked for sunday (27/2) for 'TANU WEDS MANU' and we asked for the coupon they said that it was not valid .you have to use it on the sameday...

we again paid money and got the foods... JUST imagine how will parents or illiterate people will knew.. and the

1st mistake&--gt;worker said them to use it for next movie

2nd mistake&--gt;how can illiterate people will know..the counter people has to inform them the details of the coupon and u have to use it today.

3rd mistake&>the default option in selection of food coupon should be changed to 'none'
