Irritating auto dialer calls

I, kiran kumar, had recently shifted to chennai from hyderabad and had been provided with a mobile phone (9940498905) from my employer. from past one week, i am getting this auto dialer calls from 913339839350 with some message in tamil, which i can't even understand. later taking help of my colleague i came to know that the call was from family credit india. i then called their toll free number 18002001456 on 14th dec and informed them about the auto dialer call and warned them not to disturb me. and since then i got about 6-8 calls in the last today and today (16th dec) i again got a call in the afternoon which i disconnected and called their toll free number again and i warned them that if i get one more call from their auto dialer number, i will sue them. and now 8pm, i got a call again from their auto dialer number. i tried calling their toll free number, but no one is responding... i tried visiting their website which is not functioning...
