TWO WHEELER LOAN (IRREGULAR ECS)

I have availed two wheeler loan from your Company in the month of November and I have submitted application form for submitting ECS reduction.

I regrett to inform you that the ECS are not properly claimed and as a result I have to pay penalty for late payment. This has been going on since beginning. Now for the month of October though I kept enough balance in my saving account and inspite of my repeated request over phone, so far the ECS has not been claimed till date.
