I wish to launch a complaint against the online shopping site Fashion And You.

I had placed an order worth INR 8, 669.00 with FashionandYou for Hustler lingerie. My order number was 175450 that got cancelled due to their server problem. However, before the server went down, the money had already been deducted from my husband's Citibank credit card.

It has been more than a week now but the money has not been reversed. I received an email informing me about the unsuccessful transaction (email Reference number: LTK16609200643X). Despite my repeated mails to support@fashionandyou.com, asking further action on reversal of funds deducted by Fashion And You for an unsuccessful transaction, I have not received a single reply.

I place the complaint here and if I do not receive a reply from them within a day or so, we plan to launch a complaint against FashionAndYou with Citibank for a fraud transaction.
