Epayment of my fund

Hello sir, my certificate no. is 3150024.i want to know abou my repayment.i recently received a letter from Mr. N.C.Bandhopadhayay that i will be receiving only Rs.1000 aginst the sum deposited Rs.4100.my main certificate is missing but the receipts are here with me.

i want to know two things, first is why i am getting only Rs.1000 back.?

and second is how can i get my money back? what exact documents are required? are u gonna transfer it to my account or send me the a/c payee cheque by my name? plz mail me at moneylover@rediffmail.com.
