Fourcing activate Master Card blocking Visa Card

I have a credit card from FGB since 2007 itself.they provide me two credit card Visa and master . since then i have been using my visa credit card which i activated since as option for use. i have been loyal to the Bank since 2006 itself.

now i am in qatar and got in a big trouble as they blocked my card reducing the card with out any prior notice.when i called the customer service they are giving some cheap reasons and asked me to activate my master card which i did not activated since it was provided.

my card limt is more than AED 10, 000 and have a credit balance of AED 6000 .now nighter i could use credit card limit nor the exces balnce i deposited in credit card by mistake.(i asked my friend in uae to deposit AED 1000/- but they deposited aed 10, 000/-

FGB customer service doing some cheap sales techniques to activate master card which i have not been used.

this is my personal advice to all never ever Trust FGB Credit card especially when you are out of station.
