NON TRANSFER OF ACCOUNTS FROM FPO 1604

I am Ex JWO Balram Kashyap discharged from Indian Air Force on 31 Dec. My wife Mukesh Rani have A/c No. 2207243 (saving), 556246 (RD) and 9039299 (MIS) with FPO 1604 at Air Force Station Bhuj. On discharge from service She applied for transfer of above mentioned accounts to Civil post Office Bhalout Dist.- Rohtak Haryana PIN 124401 on 10/5. Civil Post Master has sent transfer request to 1CBPO through Registry no. 0236 dated 10/5, but till date my wife's a/c are not transferred to civil post office. kindly look into the matter for favorable action.
