Wrong billing since last 6 months

My m0obile no is 9967030111

I had asked for Rs149/- corporate billing plan for SBI employee as i am an SBI employee

but I was given Rs125/- government corporate plan for government employees

this is happening from last january

please look into this matter as i am wrongly charged
