Cheated by private financial institution

Good Morning Sir,

I was unable to get a personal loan from banks for my marriage due to some personal issues. So I approached a financial institute by a news paper add. They told that they will charge total Rs. 50, 000/- to get the loan from the bank. Initially they asked me to pay the 50% of the amount. As I was not in that a position to pay that much amount they agreed to take 15, 000/- to start the work. I paid the said amount on 26-03. They promised me that within 10days I will get the loan check. From that day onwards till now there is no response from them. They are neither giving me that status nor picking up my calls. At last last Tuesday (06-04) I asked them to stop processing my file for the loan as I got fed up with their behaviour and requested them to return my money 15, 000/-. Now I am going several times to their place to get the money back. But I am not able to get the person presence and no response for my calls.

Please sir please help me to get my money back. To pay this amount I lended my gold. Now I am loosing both. Please sir help please.
