Invested money not returned

Last year around September I had invested Rs1, 10, 000/- in FINE INDIA PVT LTD expecting returns. In the month of January, I filed in for redemption and I was promised that I would get back my money in forty five days, which has now become a distant dream even after seven long months.

Since I am badly in need of finance I thought of seeking help.

Please assist in this regard.
