DIDN'T GET A SINGLE PAYOUT

I had invested 30000 in fine india in the month of september in the year 2009. Fine India distributor presented this company in front of me they had informed me that i will get 10% per month for my investment made. I had gone through the company prospectus and i felt it is possible to get 10% every month, as this company have positioned them leader in the following field. I was happy that suppose company didn't give me 10% return per month atleast they will return my principle amount back as they have promised.

In the month of october i didn't get a single money from the company, company people said me that their banker has sees ed their bank account for their investigation. I waited for still more months but i didn't get any sort of revenue from this investments.

My Investment Details as follows:

Amount invested: Rs 30000

Amount with drawn:0

Total Principle amount with Fine India: Rs 30000

Returns on investment till date (25-06): 0

Return expected from fine India as per their track record till date (25-06): Rs 63000

Later date my Fine India distributor has told me that i should make an agreement with company regarding my investment and distributorship and material of company agreement is in website. I had done the agreement and send the same to company for signature purpose but till date i have n't received my agreement copy back.

I am not expecting much from this company, i am expecting my investment money back with some interest on my investment. i will accept any interest amount given by the company. I would be thankfull to government if they would inter fear in this company matter and try to get all the fine india distributor invested money back.
