I am working with Fine Support Services Pvt Ltd in HDFC Bank ltd, Credit Card in Indore from last 8 Month, and I am Resigning at my post Because the HOPM Channel is Closed (Open Market of Credit Card), my last working day is 31st December. but i not receive my incentive & Other Amount of December month.

I Confirm from HR Department that my FNF is not done, & Some Recovery Payment are Due to me.

But I am not agree With this, because i forward my Resignation by my Mentor. Mr. Nitin Jajpuriya.

and my Mentor is done my FNF process. so what is the problem in my FNF Process. I have not response from My Mentor Side & company Side, plz conform the reason of this. Kindly Help Plz.
