Dear sir /Madam

hi My Name is imranul Haque (HINDUSTAN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION) from Bangalore, i m the sub-contractor for firepro sysytem in bangalore we are working for this company in last three year but when we asking payment they will not give as per right time or some time cheque will be bounse more than 5 times so total amount more than 8 to 10 lakh is balance Amount firepro has to give for me, or i hav to give for my labour paymet for my worker or my suplyer or other things so what is the next step or your suggestion

this is very critical matter, if its not resolve i m planning to go for consumer court
