First flight courier
No delivery on time

I am extremely sorry to say that the first flight courier, a very reputed courier company's staff is not able to handle the delivery of the consignment on time. My SBI card was sent to me on 22 April from Delhi and also reached to Hyd on April, 27th (Woh 5 days to Hyd from Delhi). Arrival of the consignemnt was confirmed by the official but not delivered yet. All their Begumpet telephpone numbers in Hyderabad are either busy or no one lifts the phone. I would request the concerned offical in First flight to look into it and do the needful to save their reputation.(serving better then govt parcel services).

Couier web site shows the different version about the delivery ie address is not sufficient, consignor is not available and consignment has been returned whereas no one has delivered the consignment?
