Hi,

My name is Nirmal Singh. I had joined First Source Pvt Ltd, Bangalore on the 28th of june. I resigned on the 5 th of jan. I have applied for my Provident Fund the very next month after resigning. I still have not recieved any response from the company as such. I have been to the company several times. All they say is that they will be crediting it soon. I don't know what to do. It is more than 6 months until today. What needs to be done. Please advice. I have seriously considered suing the company for the trouble. That is what my Uncle who works for the high court says. Please advice. Otherwise I am left with no other option.
