My wif P.Krishnaveni is having FD worth Rs 8 Lakhs with your Canara Bank Ashok Nagar Branch at Chennai.

When she approached the bank for availing loan facility against her FD, Bank Staff in FD section is telling her that Why you are coming on saturday at 9.30 A.M., Its only Half Day working like that etc.

Is the way the service should be with your customer like my wife that too having lumpsum deposit with canara bank.

Please see that same will not repeat in future. As the customer we have more option to choose and go with other bankalso.

Hope the customer service will get improve in the near future.
