Fn4 Media - Biggest Cheats
Very Rude Customer Care

This complaint is against a company called Fn4 media in nagpur. i had got their reference through Just dial.com and decided to take their live gold rates alerts on my cell as i have a jewellery shop.

So i called up their customer care on the number 9373995995 and speak to Mr.sachin, who i must say is the rudest person i have ever spoken to.

First i told him that give me free trial so that i can see how the service is and he replies saying we do not give any free trial you will have to take the service directly. After that he says if i want service for two years i will have to pay Rs.1800 so i deposited the money in their account and it has been 1 month since i have given the money but the service is still not active.

Also last time i spoke to Mr. Sachin he told that he is not in office and out for his sister marriage and can activate the service only after ten days.

The question is not about 1800 rupees, it is about valuing your customers.

Such attitude will just drive away customers rather than getting them more customers.

I hope Mr. Nilesh rathi (Owner of Fn4 media) reads this post and takes some strict action towards teaching their customer support executives some MANNERS which they badly need.
