For wrong debited rs 500

Respected sir,

I sameer kumar ojha .and my a/c no is 31713120557 . on 2nd july i withdrawn only Rs 500 & payment of Rs 407 . But my

account statement show that my a/c withdrawn 2 tranjection of Rs 500 . I call to my home branch and email but not give any infromation about it.

So plz reply information on my given contract no & email
