Credit card Call Center!!

Even though I have grave doubts whether anybody at ICICI Bank will even see this - but you need to vent, so here goes.

I am extremely unfortunate to own a ICICI Credit Card. I had an outstanding of close to 95k around the 20th of July. Between then & today - Aug 4th I have paid 70k & i am getting on an average 8 calls a day from a call center with a Delhi number - 3051xxxx - asking me for money. Called up the ICICI helpline - 41718000 - and sure enough got all the platitudes about apologizing for the inconvenience & the standard crap - & ensuring it wont happen again. Guess what - 3 calls today.

Can anyone do anything about this bank? And incidentally people just hang up in the middle of the conversation!!
