FRAUD AND MANIPULATION OF TRADES BY NITIN AGARWAL AS HE IS RUNNING DABBA TRADING
NITIN AGARWAL-BAREILLY (DABBA TRADER)

As nitin agawaral (working with SPFL securities, Bareilly) was very well known to me, i asked him for trading in cash and fno on cash basis with no transaparent dealing (i.e i didnt have my account with him but the cash given to him with no receipt and other documentary proof). Ealier he asked me to trade in cash market but slowly and slowly he stared in derivateives without my concert and without informing me.

I cum to know when i ask him to sold off my shares of ester inds, he denied about my holding as he had already adjusted with the mtm. Whenever i ask him to trade he always make excuses that his terminal is not working or system is down because my money has already been blocked by him.

Later on he verbally give me the lekha jhoka of the trades and said he did not have any outstanding position nor any margin of mine.

He came to my home with his dealer Harshit to make me understand but, as we have personal relationship with him, he admits in front of my mom about the losses (due to positions without my concert and mistake at dealer’s end) and settlement was that he will return the margin available after 6-7 months and i have to compromise with the profits made.

But now he denied about everything-promise and available margin with him. Even he abuses and use very harsh and wrong words to me.

He is the most disrespectful and ill mannered person.

Uptill he want the money from me he was very soft and perfect in flattering and buttering but when i ask about my money back, i can’t imagine it is he.

Now he phrases"jo kar mile so kar le".

Pls help i want my money back or better sue him so that he is away from the platform with which he is cheating the customers on making transactions on cash basis and by showing trades of any rate of his choice.

I have never been provided with trade and transaction details as he is a dabba trader of spfl securities or some other as well.
