Sir,
I have paid Rs2598/- on dated 23.11.2008 on my credit card vide booking
ID 7700005364 for free gift of holiday pakages woth Rs 5000/- and a round trip ticket worth Rs 7000/- on telephone calling by MR GAUTAM. But I have not received any gift. After that I direct meet to your indira enclave office delhi with MS ARATI and giving the hard copy of credit card bill on 23.11.2009 for my refund amount.
After one year there is no result. It is last remander.
