Extremely poor correspondance and support

Hello Sir

I am Kanupriya Keshware from London, UK. Basically, I am from Ujjain, MP, India.

My SBI Foreign Travel Card was stolen from London on 6th of May and 5 fraud transactions were done by it. I filed a Police Complaint for this as well.

On 6th may, I was trying to call the FTC Support in Mumbai for blocking my card, I could not reach any of their numbers and it took me 3-4 hrs to block the card.By this time, transactions of around $1000 were made by my card.

Actually, when the Crime Investigating Officer, UK called the State Bank of India, FTC Support Branch in Mumbai, for confirming my details and about the transactions, they didn't provide him with my details and a satisfactory answer. Due to this, the Crime Branch is planning to close me case here and I really don't want this.

I constantly do emails and phone calls to the FTC Support, but they are not co-operating with me at all. When I do about 4-5 emails to them, then they reply for one mail. I have been asking them about the Card Insurance and refund policy since 10-12 days, but they are not at all providing any kind of correspondance.

I seriously want to complaint about this. Could you please guide me on this. Please let me know if anything else is required from my side.
